It brings us great pleasure to invite you once again to Bishop Iona Locke’s KINGDOM VICTORY CONFERENCE 2011 to be held Wednesday, August 17 to Friday, August 19, 2011. Our confirmed conference speakers are Dr. Jackie McCullough, Dr. Carolyn Showell, Bishop Iona Locke, Dr. Jamal Harrison Bryant, Bishop J D Wiley, Prophet Eric Mitchell & Dr. Pat McKinstry. Our confirmed musical guests are Elder Damien L. Sneed & The Levites, Evangelist San Franklin, Audrey Dubois Harris and an orchestra.
All classes and services will be held at the Hyatt Regency – Dearborn in the greater Detroit, MI area which is located not too far from DTW (Detroit) airport, for those of you flying in.
This year’s conference will also feature the release of Bishop Locke’s long-awaited recording project, “Kingdom Victory LIVE”. The CD’s will be available on-site at the conference. You will definitely be blessed by the worship, spoken word and musical offerings it contains.

The conference will start on Wednesday, August 17th with the first class around 10am in the morning, then Dr. Jackie McCullough will be our first guest speaker for the Wednesday afternoon service. Please continue to monitor the website for more updates about the speakers and conference schedule. There will be evening services held daily at the hotel at 7pm sharp.
On the final night of the conference, Friday, August 19th we will be having a Youth & Young Adult Midnight Praise Service & Musical at Abyssinia Church located at 21853 Northwestern Highway (9 Mile Service Drive) in Southfield, MI starting at 11pm. Come out for music and high praise.

On February 26th of last year, I was blessed to be a part of my son in ministry, Elder Damien Sneed’s debut recording project Introspections LIVE, which was recorded on Friday, February 26, 2010 at Columbia University’s Miller Theatre. The double disc project is a collection of the most memorable moments of Damien’s life that have shaped his musical artistry.
Introspections LIVE features songs from his childhood, songs he heard growing up in church and also songs he composed and wrote in the broken places of my life thru music from various seasons of his development as a musician, artist and human being. The project is inspirational and is expressed in several different genres including jazz, classical and gospel. Several stellar artists and special guests came out that evening and are featured on the double disc project including: Kenneth Whalum III (saxophone) the nephew of Grammy Award winning gospel jazz instrumentalist Kirk Whalum, Ali Jackson (drums) from Wynton Marsalis’ Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, Dezron Douglas (upright bass), Tekesha Russell, Charles Wesley Evans, Audrey Dubois Harris from the Juilliard School, Chenee Campbell, Chorale Le Chateau, Timiney Figueroa-Caton who is one of the Kurt Carr Singers and a long-time soloist with Bishop Hezekiah Walker, David Bratton (organ) the music director for the late Pastor Timothy Wright for over 20 years and who was nominated for song of the year at last year’s Dove Awards, Jermaine Parrish (drums) who performs with many mainstream artists including Alicia Keys, Brian Cockerham (bass) who performs with Emily King and PJ Morton, Leon Lacey (acoustic guitar), Rev. Darius Thomas, Cherub Ruth, Arcell Vickers (organ), Melonie Daniels, Anaysha Figueroa who sings with Kirk Franklin, San Franklin one of featured soloists for Walter and Edwin Hawkins, Bettina Pennon, Nikki Ross who sings with Kirk Franklin, George Huff from American Idol, The Levites (Cassondra Kellam, La Shaye Paschal, Chenee Campbell, Melaine Rochford, Tiffany Stevenson, Cherub Ruth, Darius Thomas, Linny Smith & Djore Nance) and yours truly.
